AIRBORNE DISPLAYS and CONTROLS
Photo Etch manufactures a full complement of flight-worthy airborne displays and controls for military and commercial aircraft. The manufacturing process for these products is conducted under a strict Total Quality Management (TQM) system and Statistical Process Controls (SPC).
Products are in conformance with SAE AS7788 and MIL-STD-3009 for night vision requirements. The production process also maintains MIL-STD-2000 soldering certification as well as ISO-9001 registration. The quality system is Boeing DI-9000A approved.
NVG compatibility for secure lighting or MIL-STD-3009 includes test verification for NVIS Green A; NVIS Green B; NVIS Yellow; and NVIS Red. Photo Etch has a complete lighting laboratory to ensure chromaticity, luminescence, NVIS compatability, and sunlight readability. Basic test equipment includes:
